When do I book?

The sooner the better. As soon as you know you'll be needing tables, chairs and other rental equipment, that's when you start looking to book. Of course, some weekends will be more booked than others. Keeping in mind any big events going on or holidays, as well as long weekends.

We have a seating capacity chart that gives a general idea of how

many tables and chairs you may need to rent.

Who sets up the event?

Our staff from FPS will be there to set up any tables, chairs and accessories. A representative will be there to make sure everything is safe and secure and that you are satisfied with the installation.
